CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Only guide/aid dogs are allowed. No other pets will be permitted to enter the festival grounds.

CAN MY UNDERAGE SON/DAUGHTER CONSUME ALCOHOL ONSITE IN MY PRESENCE?
No underage consumption of alcohol is permitted.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable, nor exchangeable and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets or tickets purchased by mistake. Be sure to check your order before completing.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS ON THE PREMISES?
There will be port-a-johns on the festival grounds.

IS THERE AN ATM MACHINE?
There is an ATM machine for your convenience a few feet away from the festival gates and across the street from Gruene Hall.

ONCE INSIDE, DO I NEED TO WEAR MY WRISTBAND?
Yes, your wristband will tell others not only that you have paid to gain entrance to the event, but also that you are old enough to be tasting/drinking.

CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
You can leave the event at anytime to come back. You must have your wristband on in order to re-enter.

CAN WE BRING A PICNIC?
No, there will be food and drink available to purchase on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. A buffet will be available and included with ticket purchase for Friday's "Rockin' with Texas Wine & Food" event.

ARE MY SEATS RESERVED?
All events have general admission tickets with first come first serve seating. Please arrive early in order to sit/stand in your desired spot. Friday's "Rockin' with Texas Wine & Food" event has very limited seating so reserve tables are available. See ticket booth for details.

IF I PURCHASE A TICKET FOR FRIDAY, IS IT GOOD ALL WEEKEND?
Each day has its own ticket. You must have the proper day's ticket in order to enter each day's events. See ticket booth for details.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?
You can purchase up to 10 tickets per event, per order.

IF I RUN OUT OF TASTE TICKETS, CAN I PURCHASE MORE?
Additional taste tickets will be available to purchase inside the festival on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE WINE IF I REALLY LIKE IT?
All featured wine will be available to purchase by the glass, bottle or case during that day's event and at The Grapevine, while supplies last. Friday and Saturday's featured wines will also be available for purchase on festival grounds during Sunday's event, while supplies last.

WILL THERE BE ANY MERCHANDISE TO PURCHASE AS A SOUVENIR?
There will be Gruene Music & Wine Fest T-shirts, koozies and caps available for purchase at the festival. You may also purchase in advance by clicking here.
